An Autumn Afternoon
So today I was walking and the beauty of this lovely Fall afternoon overtook me. I guess when you live in a place for a while that has no seasonal diversity you forget about how great a nice change in weather is. While I have been upset about how cold it has been, I am loving the beauty today. The leaves falling and the crisp feeling in the air. It's quite enjoyable.

When I moved to New Orleans last year, it never occurred to me that there are no apple orchards around here. When I asked my boss's wife if there were any around, she said, "...There's orange groves if you go towards the coast."
Fall is apple, not orange. In short, I am jealous of you. Go to Tanner's for me and eat some apple donuts.
